Sponsorship of MASTGOLF
MIRARTH HOLDINGS has been sponsoring 'MAST GOLF,' a group of volunteer female professional golfers since fiscal year 2024.
MAST GOLF operates under the motto "Learn, Play, Grow, and Have Fun," and is committed to creating opportunities for children to challenge themselves through Snag Golf * and golf, fostering intergenerational exchange with the community, and contributing through charity.
We supported the "Bread Donation to Children's Cafeteria" initiative as part of this initiative, and in fiscal year 2025, we donated vegetables harvested at our Leben Village. On the day of the event, dishes made with the vegetables were served to the participating children and their parents.
- * A new form of golf born from years of research by a former PGA Tour player in the United States. The keywords are "for children and adults," "fun," and "learn the fundamentals of golf." With simple rules and humorous items, it is ideal as a "Starting New At Golf" and a sport that can be enjoyed even in limited spaces.
Participation in the "No single-use of Umbrellas by 2030" Project
MIRARTH HOLDINGS Group is participating in the "No single-use of Umbrellas by 2030" and is cooperating with the umbrella sharing service "i-kasa" as part of this project.
Aikasa is Japan's first full-fledged umbrella sharing service, launched in December 2018, with the mission of "making rainy days comfortable and happy" and "eliminating disposable umbrellas." Even when it suddenly rains, you don't have to buy a plastic umbrella each time; you can use the dedicated app to borrow a sturdy Aikasa umbrella at stations and around town, and return it to the nearest umbrella spot when the rain stops. The app has over 800,000 registered users and operates in 12 prefectures including all of Tokyo, Kanto, Kansai, Aichi, Okayama, Fukuoka, and Saga, with over 2,000 spots installed.
Our group has been supporting this project since 2023, aiming to achieve no single-use of umbrellas and umbrellas to be used and hrown away by actively promoting the use of "i-kasa".
"Yajirushi" Emergency Shelter Signs Win Kids Design Award
Leben Home Build, as a developer involved in community development by subdividing Newly built detached houses, creates and installs shelter guide signs called "Yajirushi" based on the belief that "in residential areas with few landmarks, signage for evacuation shelters that anyone can easily understand, including small children," is necessary. To provide disaster prevention education to children throughout the community, they are installed in locations facing streets, such as garbage stations on the company's subdivided land. "Yajirushi" was praised for its high creativity even in the minimized information and expressions that are easy for children to understand, and it received the Encouragement Award at the 2019 Kids Design Awards. As of the end of March 2026, there are 27 properties with completed installations.
Cleanup Activities
As part of activities aimed at becoming a company that contributes to the development of local communities, each Group company engages in cleanup activities. Through cleanup activities, we will fulfill our corporate social responsibility by keeping the areas we are involved in hygienic and contributing to the healthy development of local communities. In addition to cleaning up to protect the sanitary environment around condominiums supplied by Group companies, sites under construction, and solar power plants, we are also actively involved in cleaning up the areas around our offices, which are the bases for our employees' activities. We will also participate in regular beautification activities organized by local municipalities and neighborhood associations, aiming to strengthen partnerships and cooperative relationships in the community.

The Summer Festival Sendai Suzume Odori was launched to commemorate both the 400th anniversary of Aoba Castle and the origin of the Suzume Odori, with the goal of revitalizing the local community. LEBEN Support for incubation shops at Ueda Chuo GALLDEA
Takara Leben has positioned the 1F store of "LEBEN Ueda Chuo GALLDEA," supplied in a corner of the Ueno-cho shopping street in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, as one of the hubs for regional revitalization. In collaboration and cooperation with Ueda City, the Ueda Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Ueda City Shopping Association Federation, we support each business operator in launching new businesses within a target of two years. We support incubation shops that contribute to the development of business operators.
The Ueda City Shopping District Federation was recruiting vendors for new startups and sole proprietors and corporations with less than five years of history. The company has set up an open, glass-walled store in a prime location in the Unnocho shopping street. To support local entrepreneurs, we lend out stores at affordable rents to nurture new local entrepreneurs both in terms of hardware and software. Following the first store in March 2024, the second store, the video production company "BeCraftique," a gallery and office, opened in September 2025. "BeCraftique" is a company that develops a business that conveys the appeal of the local area through video production, aiming to revitalize the town of Ueda through video.
Shop owners can receive business support from the Ueda Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as rent subsidies from Ueda City. We will continue this Nagano Prefecture-first initiative to revitalize the shopping district while providing full support in terms of business know-how and resources.
