ZEH Condominiums
In line with the MIRARTH HOLDINGS Group Policy of "Providing environmentally friendly buildings and spaces," our Group promotes next-generation housing that fully leverages renewable energy. Our aim is to offer eco-friendly homes where families can live with peace of mind. As part of this initiative, we have actively developed condominiums equipped with solar power systems.
Takara Leben has positioned apartment complexes as the 2030 policy goal related to ZEH (Net Zero Energy House) *1, and is committed to promoting the spread of ZEH-M (ZECH Mansions), paying even closer attention to the environment and providing better homes for our customers.
Furthermore, since acquiring the ZEH-M Oriented※2 (Nagano Gosho Plan) in March 2022, we have continuously obtained certification. In fiscal year 2026, we aim to obtain more certifications nationwide.

With a ventilation system that keeps room air fresh 24 hours a day, it helps reduce energy consumption by relying on heating and cooling for a lifestyle that doesn't rely too much on heating and cooling.

"LEBEN Matsuyama Station ALBIO TOWER" (Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture) has obtained the "ZEH-M Oriented" certification. Additionally, we have received a 4-star rating from the energy-saving performance labeling system BELS. In addition to energy saving, it offers many attractive features that allow for a healthier and more comfortable lifestyle.
"LEBEN Moto-Imaizumi MID FRONT"
"LEBEN Motoimaizumi MID FRONT" (Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture) has obtained the "ZEH-M Oriented" certification. Additionally, we have received three stars in the energy-saving performance labeling system BELS. With excellent insulation and energy-saving performance, utility costs are kept down, and homes that are comfortable for both people and the planet are realized with a sustainable future in mind.
LEBEN Kumamoto Renpeicho
"LEBEN Kumamoto Renbeicho" (Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture) is known as ZEH-M Oriented, featuring excellent insulation performance and a high-efficiency equipment system, and has obtained third-party certification for the energy-saving performance labeling system "BELS" under the Building Energy Conservation Act.
While creating a comfortable space year-round, energy saving reduces utility costs, and connecting eco-friendly homes to the future that are gentle on both the planet and household budgets.
LEBEN Oita Ekinan LUXESS
LEBEN Oita Ekinan LUXES, located in Oita City, Oita Prefecture, is certified as ZEH-M Oriented, achieving a roughly 28% reduction in primary energy consumption. It has received the highest five-star rating under BELS. Enhanced insulation, paired with high-efficiency features such as LED lighting, water-saving faucets, and Low-E double glazing, ensures a comfortable and energy-efficient living environment.
LEBEN Toyama Jinzu Hommachi ONE TOWER
"LEBEN Toyama Jintsu Honcho ONE TOWER" (Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture) ensures the high insulation performance required of ZEH condominiums by applying insulation not only to exterior walls and folded areas but also to ceiling surfaces, and uses metal sashes and double-layer Low-E glass at openings. This condominium has obtained Grade 4 in the "Insulation Performance Grade" for energy-saving measures ※, whereas typical condominiums have Grade 3, and it has obtained Grade 5 for "Primary Energy Consumption Grade." Additionally, we have received the highest five-star rating in BELS, an energy-saving performance labeling system that calculates primary energy consumption for homes and assigns a five-point rating.

Located in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture, The LEBEN Naha Shintoshin Park PREMIST adopts high-efficiency systems and achieves a reduction of over 20% *1 in primary energy consumption for the entire building, including common areas. It is certified as both ZEH-M Oriented and a Low-Carbon Building*2, offering next-generation standards that are environmentally conscious and resident-friendly.

LEBEN PLATZ Kazo Hanasaki Park
Our group has set "Adoption rate of ZEH standard in detached houses" as a KPI and achieved a "100% adoption rate" in fiscal year 2025 *. "LEBEN Platz Kazo Hanasaki Park" (Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture) features insulation materials that enhance thermal insulation and durability, as well as double-glazed glass that is comfortable in both summer and winter, This is a ZEH-level energy-saving home that improves heating and cooling efficiency to achieve a comfortable indoor environment and energy-saving living with reduced energy loss. Additionally, it is equipped with excellent earthquake and fire resistance to prepare for emergencies.

Office Building L.Biz Matsuyama Ichibancho
"L.Biz Matsuyama Ichibancho" (Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture) has obtained "ZEB Ready" certification, which is awarded to buildings with excellent environmental performance. In addition, it has also received the highest rank of "6 stars" in the energy efficiency performance labeling system "BELS".
"ZEB Ready" is a certification granted to advanced buildings that are designed with ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building) *1 in mind, featuring highly insulated building envelopes and highly efficient energy-saving equipment. At "L.Biz Matsuyama Ichibancho," efforts to improve the building envelope's insulation include using stronger insulation materials and double-glazed windows (Low-E glass) compared to typical buildings, reducing the air conditioning load. In addition, the indoor air conditioning units are equipped with human and floor temperature detection functions to improve efficiency and save energy. Furthermore, by adopting a total heat exchanger with a CO₂ sensor and LED lighting fixtures (with dimming control and motion sensors), a 59% reduction in energy consumption excluding renewable energy has been achieved.
Furthermore, the building has received an "A rank" rating in the Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency (CASBEE) *2 Building (New Construction). In addition to its high energy-saving performance, the building's overall quality, including indoor comfort and environmental considerations, was comprehensively evaluated.

It is a system that comprehensively evaluates the quality of a building, including environmental considerations such as energy conservation and the use of materials and equipment with low environmental impact, as well as considerations for indoor comfort and the landscape.

Rental Residence LUXENA YOGA
LUXENA YOGA, located in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, has been awarded an A Rank under CASBEE for Building (New Construction).
The building adopts the energy-efficient brand Ecocube, which combines strong energy-saving performance with high thermal insulation. Features such as highly insulated inner sashes, high-efficiency air conditioners, and heat-recovery ventilation fans contribute to an improved indoor environment and reduced utility costs.
In the common areas, a geothermal heat pump system* has been installed to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Each private unit is equipped with a heat-exchange ventilation system that continuously supplies fresh air at a temperature close to the indoor environment, ensuring consistent comfort. In addition to these systems, rooftop greening and other sustainable features have been introduced. The building has been recognized for its high environmental performance, achieving both energy efficiency and excellent thermal insulation.
This project has also been approved for a subsidy under the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's "Re-energy Enhancement Project for Local Production for Local Consumption," administered by Tokyo Environmental Public Service Corporation, a public interest incorporated foundation. As of December 7, 2023, it became the first subsidized initiative in Tokyo to utilize geothermal energy in the common areas of a multi-unit residential building.

Also adopted in the TOKYO SKYTREE, this system is designated in Japan’s Basic Energy Plan as a renewable energy source to be promoted. It is expected to serve as a renewable energy source that supports the transition to a decarbonized society.
Office Building L.Biz NIHONBASHI
Located in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, L.Biz NIHONBASHI enhances indoor environmental quality by controlling thermal loads through the building envelope and managing indoor temperature and lighting. To promote the use of natural energy sources such as solar power, the building ensures sufficient floor height and features a curtain wall*. To help conserve non-renewable water resources, it also adopts water-saving fixtures and implements measures to reduce water consumption.
These environmental features earned high recognition, and this property received an A Rank under CASBEE for Building (New Construction). This is the first office building in our company's series to achieve this rating.

Recognizing the need to promote environmental friendliness in the general construction industry, Leben Home Build acquired ISO 14001 certification, the international standard for environmental management systems in 2008. We continue to operate our environmental management system by setting and regularly evaluating targets for reducing industrial waste resulting from our production activities at work sites.
