[New System Operation] Moving to 'MIRARTH Architect' and 'MIRARTH Zestock' ~ MIRARTH HOLDINGS Strengthening Group Brand Penetration and Collaboration ~

MIRARTH HOLDINGS, Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Kazuichi Shimada) is pleased to announce that, as of today, July 1, we have completed a new company name change※1 under our new management system for two companies: MIRARTH Architect (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director President: Tadayuki Hara), which is engaged in the detached house sales and construction businesses, and MIRARTH Zestock Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director President: Norihiko Yoshimura), which is engaged in real estate acquisition, resale, and rental businesses.

The Vision of MIRARTH Architect (formerly Leben Home Build)

Today, July 1st, our company has set sail as the "MIRARTH Architects." The new company name embodies a strong commitment to mastering craftsmanship and design, and to create value that will continue into the future. Going forward, we will accelerate growth based on three main businesses: 'Newly built detached houses Condominium' centered on Tokyo's 23 wards, highly profitable 'construction', and 'in-house construction Liquidation' that guarantees construction schedules and provides peace of mind.
MIRARTH HOLDINGS Leveraging our strong financial foundation as a directly connected subsidiary and our group collaboration, we aim to achieve a high target of approximately fourfold net profit by 2030, and will shape architecture that responds to the wishes of society and residents.

The Spirit of MIRARTH Zestock (formerly Leben Zestock)

Today, July 1st, our company has taken a new step forward as "MIRARTH Zestock." The new company name reflects our strong determination to approach this business with our combined expertise in new condominium construction with Japan's abundant housing stock. Going forward, we will leverage the group's comprehensive capabilities and strengths in material procurement to accelerate the "new Value Creation to existing homes" that go beyond simple sales, focusing on the purchase and resale of used condominiums. We plan to accurately meet the diversifying housing needs of customers and pass on high-quality homes to the next generation. We will work together as one company to contribute to the sustainable development of the housing distribution market and realize the vision of 'Sumai Re Company!'—where all stakeholders can smile through housing revitalization.

Taking this transition to the new structure between the two companies, we will maximize group synergies and further accelerate investment and concentration of management resources in our growth-driving businesses: "Newly built detached houses Distribution" and "Renewal resale."
Going forward, the entire group will continue to strengthen governance and financial foundation, strive to continuously enhance corporate value, and, as a future environmental design company, contribute to solving local community issues and creating richer living environments.
