Notice Concerning the Conversion of Group Companies to Wholly Owned Subsidiaries and Change of Trade Names~ MIRARTH HOLDINGS Promotion of Brand Penetration ~

MIRARTH HOLDINGS, Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director:Kazuichi Shimada ) is a Leben Home Build Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Tadayuki Hara), a real estate purchase and resale business and a rental business Leben Zestock Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Norihiko Yoshimura), we would like to inform you that we will change our trade names as follows from July 1st.

■ Purpose of changing company name
Our group is promoting the evolution of “future environment design company”, including transitioning to a holding company structure, to realize the purpose of "To design sustainable environments for a happier future for both people and our planet.." As announced on March 9, we have announced the "Notice Regarding Renewal of the Medium-Term Management Plan" and the "Notice Regarding Company Split (Simple Absorption-Type Split) with a Wholly Owned Subsidiary." We reviewed the capital allocation of our group and restructured our company with Leben Home Build and Leben Zestock as wholly owned subsidiaries as effective April 15. Additionally, with the subsidiary designation, to further promote the MIRARTH HOLDINGS brand as a direct subsidiary of our company, we will change our trade names from Leben Home Build to 'MIRARTH Architect' and Leben Zestock to 'MIRARTH Zestock' starting July 1.
■ Updates to the Medium-Term Management Plan and Key Strategies
In order to transform its profit structure in response to the changing market environment, the Group will strengthen its investment in Leben Home Build 's Newly built detached houses sales and construction businesses, as well as Leben Zestock 's Renewal resale businesses, as growth areas.
Leben Home Build: Aggressive investment in "detached houses in urban areas" and growth of detached houses and construction businesses
Newly built detached houses Regarding the sales business, we will make strategic investments in detached houses in urban areas, where demand is increasing due to a sense of relative undervaluation due to soaring condominium prices.
Newly built detached houses We will expand sales channels in the sales business and improve the asset turnover rate, as well as strengthen the brand power of our products. In addition, we aim to establish a new profit structure through a "hybrid strategy" based on the purchasing network cultivated through the Newly built detached houses sales business and the integrated system of in-house construction.

Leben Zestock: Renewal resale Expansion of business
Against the backdrop of rising living costs due to inflation, we will view the "Renewal resale business" as a major business opportunity to revitalize existing homes and provide new value, and focus on growth in the "utilization" business that adds new value to existing sectional condominiums.
Specifically, we aim to expand stable earnings by implementing flexible property purchases and accumulating stock, promote the diversification of our assets, diversify our exit strategy, and establish a high-turnover model for assets. Rather than simply buying and selling, we maximize capital gains by adding new value to existing real estate and maximizing the value of the property.

In addition to inflation and rising costs of living, the supply of New built-for-sale condominium units continues to decline, and customers' housing needs are also diversifying. We have shifted our perspective from our previous focus on "creating" to balancing "making and utilizing," and we see the detached house and construction business and the Renewal resale business as a great opportunity.
Both businesses aim to achieve a 15% operating profit share in the real estate segment by 2030, and will grow into the group's main revenue base.
Leben Home Build Regarding the Vision Change for the (New/ MIRARTH Architect)
Leben Home Build (New: MIRARTH Architect) changed its name on July 1 and adopted its corporate vision: "Architecture into the future. Feelings into form." Let me reiterate. The origin of the new company name "MIRARTH Architect," "Architect," represents "architecture and design," and it fuses "MIRAI" (future), which is the origin of "MIRARTH."

Please note that there will be no changes to the corporate vision of Leben Zestock (New MIRARTH Zestock).
Our company will continue to accurately grasp social conditions and implement our medium-term management plan for the fiscal year ending March 2028 in order to achieve our goals.
