[Kyoto Bank] Regarding fundraising through "Sustainability-Linked Loans" - Contract using our company's proprietary framework -

MIRARTH HOLDINGS, Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Kazuichi Shimada) is pleased to announce that the Bank of Kyoto, Inc. (Head Office: Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture / Director Head: Mikiya Yasui) has raised funds through a "Sustainability-Linked Loan" (hereinafter referred to as "SLL").
This agreement is based on the Sustainability-Linked Loan Framework formulated by the Company.
Overview of Sustainability Linked Loans
SLL is a loan that selects and sets key performance indicators (KPIs) and sustainability performance targets (SPTs) that are aligned with the borrower's key management strategies, and incentivizes borrowers to promote the sophistication of sustainability management based on the achievement of SPTs.
This agreement will be concluded using the "MIRARTH HOLDINGS Group Sustainability-Linked Loan Framework" formulated in March 2025.
We position the implementation of SLL as a way to raise funds to solve social issues and promote the Group's SDGs, and we believe that it will be an opportunity to reiterate the Group's initiatives to our stakeholders. Going forward, we will continue to promote the Group's business activities and initiatives to resolve materiality through the implementation of SLL.

MIRARTH HOLDINGS Group's Initiatives to Achieve the SDGs
The Group has set "To design sustainable environments for a happier future for both people and our planet." as our Purpose and hopes to contribute to the resolution of social issues and the achievement of the SDGs by engaging in sustainability activities through its business, such as the supply of housing and the development of renewable energy.
Takara Leben, which is mainly responsible for the Real Estate Business of its core business, has been selected as a candidate for installation in the "Chuo Ward Sakuragawa Park Public-Private Partnership Project (Park-PFI Project)" publicly solicited by Chuo Ward, Tokyo, and in Ukiha City, Fukuoka Prefecture, we are promoting initiatives for regional revitalization throughout Japan, such as opening a campsite "UKIHA RIVERCAMP" that utilizes an abandoned school. In addition, we actively participate in redevelopment and reconstruction projects, and aim to promote the increase in "urban living" and attract visitors to the central city area in Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture, and Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture, and other areas to promote development that will lead to the revitalization of the central city area.
Energy Business has been expanding its power generation scale year by year since entering the mega solar business in 2013, and in 2021, we also entered the biomass power generation business and wind power generation business. MIRARTH Energy Solutions, which plays a key role in Energy Business, established a local subsidiary in Cambodia in February 2024 and has begun research on the processing of Cambodian cashew nuts in Cambodia and the conversion of cashew shells into biomass fuel.
In addition, as a Addressing climate change, we have set a medium- to long-term goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 45% by FY2030 (compared to FY2022) and net-zero by FY2050*.
