1. About this project
The Redevelopment Association was established in July 2012, the city planning decision was made in October 2014, and the establishment of the Redevelopment Association was approved in December 2016. After that, the rights conversion plan was approved in December 2018, and the construction of the new building of Block I began in May 2019.
This project is a facility plan divided into Block I, Block II, and Block III, and we have focused on the continuity of the block by taking advantage of the location in front of the station, and have been developing a space open to the community. In this project, in order to realize the "Basic Concept for Community Development * 2 around JR Koiwa Station" formulated by Edogawa Ward in January 2009, we will create circulation and bustle with the ring road that will be developed in the form of multiple redevelopment projects and rezoning projects and these projects in the form of connecting these projects, and improve the safety and security of the living environment and the community. It is equipped with commercial functions and is intended to be renewed into a complex urban area.
Since receiving approval for the establishment of the Redevelopment Association in December 2016, Nomura Real Estate, MIRARTH HOLDINGS, and Shimizu Corporation have been involved in the promotion of this project as participating members of the reserved cooperative for acquiring residential and commercial reserved floors, as well as as as designated business agents.
