MIRARTH HOLDINGS, Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Kazuichi Shimada) is pleased to announce that a group in which the Company participates has been selected as a business operator and has signed a basic agreement with Kakogawa City, in the "Hiokayama Park Redevelopment Lively Base Creation, Management, and Operation Project" promoted by Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Objective of this project
The purpose of this project is to improve the attractiveness of "Hiokayama Park" in Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture, create further liveliness, and build a sustainable and developmental management and operation system.
Kakogawa City is promoting comprehensive park development and management through public-private collaboration by integrating "Park-PFI", "designated management of the entire park", and "design and build (DB) of the first phase of the development area".
Through these efforts, the selected groups, including our company, will contribute to the new Value Creation of the park and the revitalization of the region.

Park-PFI [Establishment of profit-making facilities (privately established and operated) and development of specific park facilities]

・The designated park facility (roof) will be maintained and transferred to the city for a fee (part of the maintenance costs)
