Announcement of the Basic Agreement for the "Hiokayama Park Redevelopment, Lively Center Creation, Management and Operation Project" in Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture - Creating a Stage Where People of All Ages, from Children to Seniors, Can "Nurture Their Dreams" -

MIRARTH HOLDINGS, Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Kazuichi Shimada) is pleased to announce that a group in which the Company participates has been selected as a business operator and has signed a basic agreement with Kakogawa City, in the "Hiokayama Park Redevelopment Lively Base Creation, Management, and Operation Project" promoted by Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture.

Objective of this project

The purpose of this project is to improve the attractiveness of "Hiokayama Park" in Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture, create further liveliness, and build a sustainable and developmental management and operation system.
Kakogawa City is promoting comprehensive park development and management through public-private collaboration by integrating "Park-PFI", "designated management of the entire park", and "design and build (DB) of the first phase of the development area".
Through these efforts, the selected groups, including our company, will contribute to the new Value Creation of the park and the revitalization of the region.

Target park for this project: Hiokayama Park (Address: 1682 Ono, Kakogawa-cho, Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture)
Park-PFI [Establishment of profit-making facilities (privately established and operated) and development of specific park facilities]
・Business period 20 years (10 years + 10 years)
・Establishment of revenue-generating facilities that contribute to improving the convenience of park users (development and operation with private funds)
・The designated park facility (roof) will be maintained and transferred to the city for a fee (part of the maintenance costs)

DB (first phase development area) [Park design and construction work]
・Design of service centers, restroom buildings, large playground equipment, etc., as well as the design and construction of various park facilities (rest facilities, lighting, signs, path paving, etc.)
