This property is a 19-story residential and commercial complex apartment building with 1 floor below ground located a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Odawara Station on the JR line, JR Tokaido Shinkansen, Odakyu Odawara Line, Izu-Hakone Railway Daiyuyama Line, and Hakone Tozan Railway "Odawara" Station. This project site is the former location of the long-loved commercial facility "Odawara EPO," and was realized as a "High-Quality Building Development Project" thanks to the cooperation of approximately 20 landowners, including those with adjacent properties. Its greatest feature is the installation of a passageway that runs east-west through the first floor of the building, recreating the vibrancy of the former "Nakamise-dori Shopping Street" in the modern era.
Furthermore, prioritizing continuity with the surrounding shopping district, we are also considering installing a food truck space suitable for event management and digital signage to disseminate local information.

In terms of design, given that this property is expected to house approximately 1,000 residents, we focused on disaster prevention features, such as emergency power generation equipment that will allow for three days of sheltering in place, and flood barriers in the underground parking lot. Furthermore, the common areas are equipped with a wide range of facilities befitting a large-scale property, including a two-story atrium entrance, a fitness lounge, a theater and karaoke room, and the Skys Lounge, which offers the same view as Odawara Castle.
In addition, we are introducing IoT technology and proposing an advanced and convenient lifestyle, such as making reservations for parking space exit from tower parking via a dedicated app.

Since opening in November 2025, we have already received over 1,000 requests for information, and in the first phase of sales, approximately half of the visitors ended up making a purchase, demonstrating an extremely high level of response.
