(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Shimada Kazuichi), is pleased to announce that it has utilized the service "Smile Roof" provided by Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture / Representative Director President: Masataka Fujiwara) to provide Leben Home Build We would like to inform you that we will standardize the introduction of solar power generation systems in newly built detached houses in Tokyo. We will also consider the standardization of the introduction of properties supplied by other prefectures and municipalities in the future.
What is "MIRARTH Smile Roof (tentative name)"?
"MIRARTH Smile Roof (tentative)" is a service that installs a solar power generation system in a house provided by Leben Home Build without the burden of the customer, utilizing the "Smile Roof*2" provided by Osaka Gas to install a solar power generation system at an initial cost of 0 yen*1. The generated electricity is prioritized for the power supply of your home, reducing the amount purchased from the power company, contributing to the environment by reducing CO2 emissions at the customer's home, and contributing to disaster prevention measures because it is possible to use electricity during the day on sunny days even if there is a power outage due to a natural disaster.
In the future, we will collaborate with Osaka Gas on properties in Tokyo that Leben Home Build will develop as a "MIRARTH smile roof (tentative)" that standardizes the installation of solar panels, so that we can realize a safe and secure life through the provision of housing.
*1.Installation costs within the standard construction range for new properties are free of charge. Installation of power generation monitors and use of components outside of standard construction will be charged.
※2.「 "Smile Roof" is the name of the initial cost of solar power generation installation service provided by Osaka Gas Co., Ltd.. A service contract requires a contract between the customer and Osaka Gas. By paying a monthly service fee, you can use the electricity generated by the solar power generation equipment in your home. After the 10-year service period ends, the electricity sales income will belong to the customer.
