"LEBEN Higashikawaguchi GRANDEST"

Design that connects seamlessly

MIRARTH HOLDINGS and Takara Leben completed the "LEBEN Higashikawaguchi GRANDEST" in 2023. "LEBEN Higashikawaguchi GRANDEST" has a police box on the first floor and an administrative center on the second floor, and is a model case for a project that uses private housing as the core of community development.
In addition, this is the first PPP (PPP) project in Saitama Prefecture and the first in the Group.

By installing administrative facilities that support the lives of citizens in the largest and tallest tower in the area at a facility near JR Higashikawaguchi Station, which is a one-minute walk from JR Higashikawaguchi Station, we are creating a fusion of housing and administration.
This project aimed to solve local issues by constructing large condominiums as a solution unique to the Group, which has been engaged in housing development, to address the issues of aging administrative facilities and improving citizen satisfaction.

Our efforts have been highly evaluated by the public, and we won the GOOD DESIGN AWARD at the "GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2025".

ACTION 14

Participation in "SDGs QUEST Mirai Koshien Future Session 2025"

MIRARTH HOLDINGS is sponsoring as an official sponsor of "SDGs QUEST Mirai Koshien," which is planned and comprehensively produced by Mirai Education Co., Ltd. nationwide.
The 22 teams that won the top prize in each area competition in FY2024 gathered at the Sustainer Dome at the Osaka-Kansai Expo to hold the "SDGs QUEST Mirai Koshien Future Session 2025".

At this event, under the theme of "Beyond 2030," we discussed our vision for the future from three perspectives: "People," "Planet," and "Prosperity." In addition, in honor of the ideas that resonated with us, a total of five awards were decided, including two corporate awards, in addition to the three awards of the People Award, the Planet Award, and the Prosperity Award.

Ideas that have a high affinity with our purpose "To design sustainable environments for a happier future for both people and our planet." and long-term vision "Be the Takara of the community." are awarded as the "MIRART Award". This year, the action plan "Sustainer W (Bull) -2031, leaving no people or communities behind-" of "Akita Prefectural Omagari Agricultural High School 31", which is an action plan that utilizes local resources, is "Sustainer W (Bull) -2031, leaving no people and communities behind-". was awarded as the MIRARTH Award.

Through these awards, ideas and actions nurtured throughout the country will expand the circle of co-creation, and the challenges of high school students who will lead the next generation will lead to the future.

ACTION 13

Sakuragawa Park, Chuo Ward, Tokyo - PFI Project Initiative

MIRARTH HOLDINGS signed a basic agreement with Chuo Ward, Tokyo on June 30, 2025, regarding the public-private partnership project of Sakuragawa Park using the "Public Recruitment Installation Management System (Park-PFI)", which is the first park in Chuo Ward in Tokyo.
MIRARTH HOLDINGS as the representative company, and six companies, including Leben Home Build, launched "Tsumugu Sakura Forest Partners". With the theme of the project being "Tsumugu Cherry Blossom Forest," we will create a "forest in the heart of the city" by creating a park space with cherry blossoms as a symbol and a sense of unity with the surrounding area. In the future, six companies will work together to be involved in the redevelopment project of Sakuragawa Park.

Mirai Lab's Initiatives

MIRARTH INNOVATION LABO (MIRARTH INNOVATION LAB) was established in FY2023 with the help of young employees.
With the aim of being a company that will last for 100 years, MIRARTH HOLDINGS is focusing on three axes: "development of young employees," "cross-functional engagement," and "an environment where people want to continue working."
In fiscal 2025, we operated and promoted the educational curriculum, held regular roundtable discussions and study sessions across departments, introduced examples of paid leave, childcare leave, and acquisition on internal bulletin boards, and promoted the acquisition of refreshment systems.

CASBEE Acquisition Initiative

In line with the Group policy of "Providing environmentally friendly buildings and spaces," the MIRARTH HOLDINGS Group is promoting the acquisition of the CASBEE Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Performance.

The Group's high-grade rental condominium series "LUXENA Yoga" (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo) and the office building series "L.Biz NIHONBASHI" (Chuo-ku, Tokyo) have received "A rank" in the "CASBEE - Architecture (New Construction)" comprehensive assessment system for building environment.

Utilizing an abandoned school
"UKIHA RIVERCAMP" Initiative

The former Himeji Elementary School in Ukiha City, Fukuoka Prefecture, which had been closed and was lying unused, has been transformed into a campsite and opened as Ukiha River Camp as an effort to revitalize the local area.

In collaboration with VILLAGE INC, a company that operates local businesses nationwide that utilize local assets, we aim to help revitalize Ukiha City (by increasing the number of visitors, promoting tourism, utilizing local specialties, creating local jobs, etc.) and solve local issues by taking advantage of the fact that it was originally an elementary school and creating a campsite surrounded by greenery and rich in nature.

MIRAI for EARTH
Future Senryu in the Workplace

Recruitment period: May 15th to June 15th, 2025

With the aim of creating a pleasant working environment, we have launched a campaign to solicit senryu poems from within the company on the themes of stimulating communication in the workplace and preventing harassment. This initiative encourages participants to take various situations that occur in the workplace from their own perspective, such as things they wish were done more like this or things that make them feel uneasy in the workplace, and to discover new, humorous ways of looking at things and ideas.

A consultation room for all group employees to hear about their little worries
"YY Counseling Room" opened

Opening date: January 2025 ~

MIRARTH HOLDINGS has opened a consultation room staffed by both male and female human resources staff to help all group employees resolve any minor mental frustrations they may have in the workplace.

We have opened a consultation room where employees can relax and talk about their concerns about the work environment and careers within our group, such as "Who should I consult about this?", "I'm having some trouble with my work and relationships" and "I'd like to talk about my career."
Employees have commented, "I was able to easily seek advice on things I didn't know who to talk to," and "I was able to confide in myself the problems that are unique to women."

Local production and consumption of renewable energy
Conclusion of "On-site PPA Power Supply Contract" with Yamanashi Prefecture
Towards the realization of "Zero CO2 Yamanashi"

MIRARTH Energy Solutions, a member of MIRARTH HOLDINGS Group, has signed a power supply contract with Yamanashi Prefecture for an on-site PPA (a contract to supply renewable energy electricity generated on the premises of a demand area).
Renewable energy generated at solar power plants being developed at five public facilities in Yamanashi Prefecture will be supplied to the prefecture.

In 2009, Yamanashi Prefecture was the first in Japan to declare "CO2 Zero Yamanashi," with the aim of achieving virtually zero CO2 emissions by 2050, through cooperation between prefectural residents, businesses, and the government. The on-site PPA initiative is an effort to achieve "CO2 Zero Yamanashi" and promote the local production and consumption of renewable energy electricity.

MIRAI for EARTH Tour held

MIRARTH HOLDINGS is conducting the "MIRAI for EARTH Tour" as a tour of our group facilities with the aim of "diversifying our group's business and promoting understanding of our business" and "increasing loyalty to our group through connections with other departments and communication with executives."

The December 2024 event was held at Nasu Mukunone, a hotel operated by Takara Leben.
The group toured the facility, had an explanation of its history, held a roundtable discussion, and had a Q&A session with Takara Leben executives.

ACTION 05

"Takara Leben Presents Ehime SDGs Koshien 2024"

MIRARTH HOLDINGS Group's Takara Leben is a special sponsor of the "Takara Leben Presents Ehime SDGs Koshien 2024 ~High School Student Practical Project~," a competition for high school students in Ehime Prefecture to think about the SDGs.
On August 22 and 23, the exchange meeting and final selection for the 2024 tournament, which will be held for the third time, were held.

In order to cultivate the "creators of a Sustainability society" described in the new Course of Study, this conference was planned and drafted in collaboration with the NPO RES with the aim of cultivating the ability to discover issues and take action to solve them by researching regional issues aimed at achieving the SDGs. In addition, we aim to create practical projects that allow students to acquire the ability to think in a way that respects diverse values and environments. A total of 180 high school students from 29 teams from 13 schools across Ehime Prefecture participated in the 2024 tournament.

We presented the Takara Leben Award to Matsuyama Minami High School's "Minami - Learning from the past" project entitled "Preserving buildings that are being lost - Rebuilding the school building - What we can do."

ACTION 04

Introducing electric vehicle (EV) charging outlets as standard in New built-for-sale condominium

Takara Leben of the MIRARTH HOLDINGS Group will install electric vehicle (EV) charging outlets in New built-for-sale condominium flat parking lots, including the LEBEN and NEBEL series of condominium brands to be developed in the future.

The charging outlets for electric vehicles (EVs) that will be introduced as standard will be supplied according to the capacity of the storage battery, which varies depending on the vehicle model, and will be supplied with an installation method that can meet a variety of needs, such as dedicated parking lots and shared types that can be used by multiple people.

Solar panels installed as standard, ZEH compatible,

Takara Leben, a member of the MIRARTH HOLDINGS Group, will work to install solar panels as standard and convert them to ZEH (Net Zero Energy House) in all of the condominiums it handles, and aim to obtain low-carbon certification for all New built-for-sale condominium properties, including the LEBEN and NEBEL series condominium brands.

ZEH is an abbreviation for "net zero energy house" and is defined as "by significantly improving the thermal insulation performance of the outer skin, etc., and by introducing a high-efficiency equipment system to achieve significant energy savings while maintaining the quality of the indoor environment, and by introducing renewable energy, It is a house that aims to achieve a balance of zero annual primary energy consumption.
We supply ZEH condominiums tailored to the area, including "LEBEN Nagano Nakagosho THE PEERLESS", which went on sale in February 2021.
