"LEBEN SALON AKIHABARA EXPERIENCE" opens -
Takara Leben, a member of MIRARTH HOLDINGS Group that develops New built-for-sale condominium across Japan, opened its first condominium salon, LEBEN Akihabara Experience, in Tokyo in October 2024, following Sapporo, Sendai, and Kyoto.
The salon will be located in Akihabara, a highly convenient area served by multiple lines including JR lines, the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, and the Tsukuba Express. By selecting a location that is easy for customers to visit on their way home from work or while shopping, the salon will reduce the burden on customers, and by introducing multiple properties currently on sale, it will be possible to provide a one-stop service without the need to travel to model rooms for each property. Furthermore, compared to setting up a base for each property, this will lead to a reduction in materials and waste, making it more environmentally friendly.
Here, not only is there a model room showcasing Takara Leben homes, which are highly regarded for their sophisticated and advanced lifestyles, but three of the walls and floors are equipped with an LED vision of approximately 8 meters, one of the largest in Tokyo, which utilizes VR technology. You can enjoy life-size floor plans and views, as well as CG videos of the apartment exterior and common areas, as more realistic and powerful experiential content. In addition, the salon also has a space that displays the materials used in the common areas of each property, the colors of the fixtures in the private areas, and the surface materials of the kitchen. A cafe corner has also been set up in the open space, which has been created to create an elegant space like a luxury hotel, where you can relax and imagine a new lifestyle.

Takara Leben, a member of the MIRARTH Holdings Group, will work to install solar panels as standard and convert to ZEH (Net Zero Energy House) in all of the condominiums it handles, and aim to obtain low-carbon certification for all New built-for-sale condominium properties, including the LEBEN and NEBEL series of condominium brands.
ZEH is an abbreviation for "net zero energy house" and is defined as "by significantly improving the thermal insulation performance of the outer skin, etc., and by introducing a high-efficiency equipment system to achieve significant energy savings while maintaining the quality of the indoor environment, and by introducing renewable energy, It is a house that aims to achieve a balance of zero annual primary energy consumption.
We supply ZEH condominiums tailored to the area, including "LEBEN Nagano Nakagosho THE PEERLESS," which went on sale in February 2021.

- "Takara Leben Presents Ehime SDGs Koshien 2024"

Takara Leben, a member of the MIRARTH Holdings Group, is a special sponsor of the "Takara Leben Presents Ehime SDGs Koshien 2024 ~High School Student Practical Project~," a competition for high school students in Ehime Prefecture to think about the SDGs.
On August 22 and 23, the exchange meeting and final selection for the 2024 tournament, which will be held for the third time, were held.
In order to cultivate the "creators of a Sustainability society" described in the new Course of Study, this conference was planned and drafted in collaboration with the NPO RES with the aim of cultivating the ability to discover issues and take action to solve them by researching regional issues for the achievement of the SDGs. In addition, we aim to create practical projects that allow students to acquire the ability to think in a way that respects diverse values and environments. A total of 180 high school students from 29 teams from 13 schools across Ehime Prefecture participated in the 2024 tournament.
We presented the Takara Leben Award to Matsuyama Minami High School's "Minami - Learning from the past" project entitled "Preserving buildings that are being lost - Rebuilding the school building - What we can do."
